Window balance

I would like to replace some of my window balances but dont know what one I need to order on your website. My balance is 27" long and the markings 26-4 IN5 CM 43.please let me know which balance to order. Thank you

Hello there. Looks like you have either an S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old balance to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2640.
