Window balance

A home owner says:
Hi,
How are you?
I want to change some window balance parts. It measures half an inch wide, and I have a few questions.
1. The window weighs 26 pounds, should I order balances for 26 lbs or 13 lbs?
2. I need help to identify balance models, so I have uploaded 3 photos. In one picture, it shows 2740, I don't know if that helps.
Thanks

Hello,

Take a look and compare our S395-28 channel balance with a 2740 strength option to yours, which will support a window sash between 19 and 26 lbs. Thank you!
