Coil Balance Help

A home owner from Fairport, NY says:

I have about 25 of these windows in my house and not a legible label on any of them. They were all installed about 20 years ago. This broken one is the upper window in my bathroom, it probably sees the most motion of any of the windows. Your help is greatly appreciated.

See our 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This assembly uses our Series 190 Coil Balances. You'll need to select spring weights for the coil balances you need. Look for stamps on the coil springs that indicate this, usually near the tongue of the springs. If there are none or you are uncertain, give us the exact weight of any window sash in question, and we can work it out for you.
