Window balance

A quick learner from Orlando, FL US says:

Hi,

Yesterday I had an inquiry and your answer was perfect. I already have the items in my shopping cart, thank you.

But before placing the order I saw that I have 2 windows that are not closing until the end, I mean, when it's fully closed it is not enough to lock it. I see the balance is a little dirty but but all the parts are perfect. I made my research and I saw that this might be the problem, so I decided to replace it.

Could you help me finding the part that matches the one in the pictures I sent.

Thank you very much

Pericles

See our S380-23 or S385-23. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2220.
