Window balance

Question

The balance spring is bad and I need to replace. I am not sure the manufacturer of the window or how to remove the bad balance without prying it out which I have not done yet.

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but based on what is visible, you could start by comparing the 15-087 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 180 coils springs, to your parts.
