I have window balance with a broken cord. I'd like to get a new one. I tried to follow the instructions in the video. Let me know if I missed something. It would not let me upload all pictures. The stamp idea on the balance says: 3030 GM
The metal part of the balance measures 31 inches. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to send and the cost of a new balance.

These pictures are perfect and just what we need, thank you! You could have either our S380-31 or S385-31, depending on the depth of your bottom shoe. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" shoe. You'll need to measure as shown in the image below to determine which one matches up to your original hardware. You will also need the 3030 spring strength option for your balances.
