Window balance

Question

I have a window which will not stay in place when opened and it will just slide down. After doing some research, it appears that the window balances will need to be replaced. The house was built in 2015. Please let me know what the replacements parts would be. Thank you!

Take a look at the 15-251 single support housing, which uses the Series 160 coil springs, and compare the specifications to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
