Window balance

Hello! Looks like you might need a new top sash guide. We should be able to help, as we offer a fairly large selection, but in order to narrow down the list of possibilities I will need you to remove the existing top sash guide from the window and show me a couple photos of it. Specifically, I need to see it from the front and side. Think of it like a mug shot.

Please also make sure the top sash guide is undamaged, if at all possible.
