Window balance

A home owner from Drexel Hill, PA says:
Hi I have a majestic double hung from about 2011. One window left side won't stay open. I know I need to replace the balance on that side but I also have no idea how to get it out considering there is no cut out. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks
John

Hello,

Your balance assembly looks like a match to the 15-087 housing pivot, which uses the 15/32" wide S180 coil springs and the other related items found on our product pages. Your blue cam where the pivot bar installs has a different shape, but I suspect that it may just be broken. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
