Window balance

Question

Approximately 28 inches long. Can the shoe be replaced. If not, which part is the replacement and how do I determine which part to purchase?

Hello,

I can't be sure since your balance fitting is broken but I suspect that you may have an old-style balance that is no longer available but can be replaced by the S775 channel balance. Take a look and compare the hook fitting to an undamaged balance assembly from one of your windows. Please note that, unfortunately, the hook attachment is not available separately.
