Hello there!

We can certainly help with this. It looks like you have the 15-228 pivot shoe. This is designed to be used with the Series 160 and Series 165 coil springs. We also sell the 15-150S cover if you needed that as well. Look over the specifications for these parts and let me know if you have any questions.
