Hey there! Your pivot shoe looks like an older version of our 15-180. Look over the dimensions to confirm. Although, I am confident this is the replacement you'll need.

These are compatible with our Series 190 Coil Springs. To determine which spring strength you'll need to select for your window, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that might be on the metal coil. If there are no stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window and divide it by the number of coils in the window.
