Window balance

Question

I have Simonton Windows.  I number on the window is1307111154.  The balances on both sides are not working.  I'm looking to order replacement pieces.

Thanks for reaching out to us. What you're showing here is the pivot shoe. We sell a ton of different parts that might work, though nothing identical to this. My top pick would be the 15-228.

This is compatible with a few different coil springs, but the main pairing is the 1/2" thick Series 160. I can't see your old spring so I don't know if this would be a good match, but the Series 160 is at least a good place to start. Look these parts over and see what you think!
