27" L 1/2" wide and 9/16" deep non tilt window balance.
Marked 27 3 JP Caldwell. Need help choosing the correct one.

Thanks for posting! Your balance looks like it could be our S395-28 channel balance with a 2730 stamp. This balance has a winged top and a non-winged bottom, so you'll want to double check the bottom to ensure that this is the correct series.

You'll need to select the 2730 stamp.

Thanks Jasmine, looks like the same bottom as pictured. My only question is the metal channel measures 27" and the product you selected shows 28". Will this be okay?

Since your previous balance has the 2730 stamp, I assumed it was a 28" balance. However, I have seen instances where the balances are rated differently.

If you are certain the metal channel is 27" you'll need the S395-27 with the 2630 stamp.
