Window balance

Home Owner from Colorado
I have Milgard windows. I have 2 window channel balances that are broken. One is 33 inches long and stamped 32-4. It is 5/8 depth and 1/2 inch width. It has winged upper and lower parts.

The other one is marked 26-5. It is 5/8 depth and 1/2 wide. It has a lower winged and I suspect upper winged part

Thanks for posting. If both the top and bottom fittings have wings, then see either our Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the diagram below for reference. Be absolutely sure that both sets of balances have these winged fittings. If the 27" balances do not, please send photos of the fittings so we can find something better.

Assuming that both sets of balances have wings, then essentially you need either the S380-27 or S385-27, as well as either the S380-33 or S385-33. For the 27" balances, choose 2650 as the stamp option. For the 33" balances, choose 3240.
