Window balance

Hi . I need to repair my window balances and I'm trying to find the right size for them. I am including some photos can you please help me? Window measurements H33 1/2. W 40 1/2 my existing balance has the no 3240 HR

Hello, thank you for posting,
It appears you have either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.
The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 33" long and you will need a 3240 stamp option. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
