Window balance

Hello I have a number of windows that are the same size and use the same balance. I have looked at the specs on your site and the S380 is what I need. The 19-005 checks out and the 15-005 (1") deep shoe checks out. My question is the length mine are 25 5/8 just the metal channel. Would you recommend 25 or 26 inch. Stamped on them is 25 5 RK 3.S.I.

I just noticed that hook on the foot end looks different on mine. I is right on the end.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid no stock balance can replace what you show here. We can help supply this type of balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 25-5/8" which is what makes it custom. Can you confirm the exact number of balances you're looking to replace? I can draft a price quote from there.
