Need a replacement. Cws window. Balance 30 inches long with markings 29. 4AA BSI. The window weighs 24.5 pounds

My bad! I thought the 2 pictures I sent was from both ends. The other end picture is attached. Thanks again for the help!

Thanks for the photos. Your balance looks like it could be either the S380-30 with a 1" shoe or the S385-30 with a 1-3/32" shoe. You'll need to select the 2940 stamp option.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Although, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

Yes it is a 1 inch shoe. So Im going with the 380 30 with a 2940 stamp. Thanks so much for your help ...you are wonderful.. Enjoy your Thanksgiving,
