Window balance

Question

I need a block and tackle window balance, quantity 2, to replace broken ones for my non-tilt double pane window. Stamping on the balance is "26 4 GS CALDWELL". The metal part measures 27". Pictures above. Can you quote me replacements.

Hi James,

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your balances appear to be either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll need to select the 2640 stamp option.
