Window balance

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I'm not quite sure what you need based on your photos. If you could show us the pivot shoe that the balance attaches to and confirm how the balance installs at the top of the window jamb, that will help us narrow down your options. 

Also, please confirm if the balances are stamped with 2640 or 27D. We'll also need to know the exact length of your metal balance channels. Thank you!
