Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 23-7/8" long and 18-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend confirming to be safe.

I only see the 18 4 stamp in these photos, however. Can you show us a photo of the stamp for the other balance? How many of each are you looking to order?

Thank you very much! Can you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight of the window that holds the 23 9 balances? I will be able to draft a price quote from there.

The 23 inch window weight is 29lbs
The 18 inch window is 16lbs

Great, thank you! We need to confirm the availability of these balances so I will reach out to you as soon as we have more information.

Thank you very much for waiting! I will go ahead and email you a purchase link for (2) of each of these balances. Please note that the 23-7/8" long balance will have the 2360 stamp. The old stamp is outdated but a pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 27 to 30 pounds. There is a 5-6 week lead time as well, and there is a chance it could take longer than that.

Note that we can't promise our balances will work for you if the metal channel length differs. Please let us know if you have any questions.
