Window balance

I'm trying to determine what window balance replacement part to purchase.

Markings found on the existing hardware are:

33 6 JT CMC 2

Thanks for writing in. I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for the balances you need but I'll need to confirm a few details to determine the correct replacement.

May I please see a clearer photo of the bottom plastic shoe on the balance? I'll also need to see a photo of the top attachment. These are important for determining the balance series you need.

It would also be a good idea to double check that the length of the metal channel is 34".

Per your request, attached please find photos of the top attachment and (2) photos of the bottom plastic shoe.

Also, I verified the length of the metal channel is 34"

Thanks for the photos. It looks like you have either the S351-34 with a 1" shoe or the S390-34 with a 1-1/8" shoe. You'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your shoe to determine which of these balances is the correct replacement.

The stamp option would be the 3360 option.
