Window balance

33" window balance with red shoe. Has '33TGX' printed on top. For a weather shield aluminum clad window. The other balances I have seen on the website have a different shoe or only have one metal bar instead of two on the end of the balance.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We may be able to help with this via custom order. I will need a few more details, however.
- Can you confirm that the 33" length is the metal channel and doesn't include the fittings?
- Can you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weigh?
- What is the depth and width of the metal channel?
- Lastly, can you show us a photo of how the balance installs at the top of the window? The clip in your second photo is odd and I'm not sure how it attaches to the top of the window.
