Hello, I am looking for a replacement part for this window, no tilt.

Hey Robert. Please compare this balance to the S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2640.

Parts received quickly and I was able to repair one window without problem. 2nd window I ran into a problem because one of the existing window balance sash guide is broken. Looking for a replacement but the measurements aren't exact. I think it's this but not sure-5/8" Top Sash Guide,Product Code: 18-188

Hey Robert. This Top Sash Guide has come up before, and we've never been able to find an exact replacement. The 18-188 definitely might work, but I'd consider the 18-009 also. While it has that extra cap on the top that your old guide lacks, if the dimensions otherwise match I think it's your best bet, even if you have to trim the cap down. See the dimensions below and let me know what you think.
