Thanks for posting! I am certain we can supply you with the replacement balances you are searching for but I'll need to see photos of the top and bottom attachments to identify the. 

The stamp from the balance only indicates the weight range the balances support when holding the sash weight. Unfortunately, they cannot be used to identify the correct configuration.
