Thanks for reaching out! There are a few possible replacements that come to mind when reviewing your balances. To narrow them down to the correct one, I'll need to see a photo of the bracket that connects the spring and string in the center of the balance. 

Please also confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. See the diagram below for reference.

the bottom shoe is a little over an inch so I imagine it would be the 1 3/32 shoe

Thanks for the additional photos and for confirming the dimension. Given the bracket from your pulley system, your balances will need to be custom assemblies. This bracket allows the balance to travel a little bit further of a distance than our standard balances. While this seems like a small detail, it does factor into how the balance installs and functions in the window.

That being said, to confirm pricing and availability for your balances, I'll need to know the exact quantity you intend to purchase. There is a quantity minimum of (2) balances for custom assemblies.
