Thanks for reaching out! The balances you are searching for have a unique bracket that connects the spring and the pulley system. That said, your replacement balances will need to be custom assemblies.

Before I can provide you with an order link, there are a few details I'll need to confirm. To start, it appears the wings have broken off of the top attachment and possibly the bottom attachment. Can you confirm?

Please also confirm the stamp/marking etched into the metal channel. If your balance does not have one, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. 

Most windows use two channel balances to support the sash weight.
