Pictures attached which shows both ends and the stamp. It's length is 19".

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-19 or S385-19 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe to see what matches best. In either case, for the stamp option choose 1840.
