We should be able to help but we would need to see the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel of an undamaged balance, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. I'd also recommend checking the balance on the other side for a stamp code, which you'll need to determine the corresponding strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!
