I would like to order window balances from you and need assistance selecting the correct size. I have attached pictures to help with the selection.Could you please review the attached images and let me know what I need to order?

Hello,
Your channel balance resembles the S395-30. The stamp code indicates that you may have a 40-pound sash. If so, you would need 2970 strength options to support a sash between 39-42 pounds. Also, make sure to confirm the 30" channel length matches your assembly. Your bottom fitting looks like it may be damaged, so make sure to check another balance to confirm the bottom fitting matches as well. Thanks for posting!
