26 4 BSI Window balance

Hello! We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order as this isn't a stock product. Fortunately it's fairly routine and I am very familiar with how these are made and how they work.

Before we get started, I just need a couple more pieces of information from you. To start, can you verify the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 26-5/8", not 26-1/2". 

Can you also tell me how many of these you wanted to buy?

We require all information from you that was provided by the previous customer. Photos of the top and bottom ends, stamp, and metal clip at the end of the cord are mandatory. We also need the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce.
