Window balance
Thanks for reaching out to us! Your balance appears to be assemble using a plain channel and the 15-043 Terminal Clip, like the Series 770 Channel Balance. I am confident we can supply you with the replacements for them but I'll need to confirm a few details.
To start, I'll need to know the measurement for the length of the metal channel. Please also confirm how the balance attaches to the top of the window channel (using a screw vs a clip).
There are two differing stamps on these balances, are they from the same window?
Thanks for confirming this information. Your window balances can be replaced with the S770-28 Balance. For the stamps you may be able to use the 28E for the 27-E-50 (supports 28 to 32lbs) and 28F for the 27-F-60 (supports 32 to 36lbs) but you'll need to confirm the sash weights to determine if they fall between the those weight ranges.
