Window balance

Question

This is from a Quaker window installed in 1999 in our house. It measures 25 inches long and the end is green in color with 2 notches. It is an aluminum tube with the letters CSB 1 on it. Do you have these?

Hello! This appears to be a pretty typical tilt window spiral balance. That means you only have to pick from two options: the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600. All you have to do is measure the diameter of your tube to verify the best option.
