Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged pivot shoe from the window? We'd also like to know the written-out thickness and width.
Note that if there isn't a cutout in the window track, you'll have to make your own as shown below.

You have the old PDDI coil spring setup. We have a simple and effective solution: the S140-10. This coil balance system comes as a complete unit; just attach it to the lower coil spring screw hole in your track. We recommend using two S140-10 (sold individually), as they can support a sash weighing 20 lbs. You may be able to use your existing pivot bar, or you can opt for the 26-398. Take a look and see what you think.
