Looking for replacement window balance. B.S.I. 2620 28" long channel

Your balances appear to be a match for either the S380-27 or the S380-27 channel balances. The length of the channel should be only 27", excluding the top and bottom attachments. You'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of the shoe to determine the series.
The 2620 stamp should remain the same.
