Window balance

Question

Hi,
I would like to identify the PN for the attached window balance. It shows "14 5 ew cmc 10". it is for a non-tilt window

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-15 or S385-15 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
