Window balance

Handy Person from Niota TN
I'm trying to locate these window balances. They are springs attached with screws at the top of the frame. The springs are 24" long. The bottom where the window connects is broken and only two are intact. Also trying to figure out how to remove that bottom piece as it doesn't look like it can disassembled. The inside track is 1 3/16" wide. Appreciate any assistance.

Thanks for your post! This balance shoe can be replaced with either the 15-218 or the 15-220 Pivot Balance Shoe. To determine the best fit for your repairs, carefully review their dimensions on the website. Be sure to double check the thickness of the shoe.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a replacement for the balance spring. This part is a jamb liner spring balance. Since this appears to be a vinyl window, you'll need to reach out to the manufacturer to inquire about the replacements. If it is a wood window, you'll need to reach out to a local mill work.

Please feel free to reach out with any other questions you might have!
