Window balance??

Hello, the left and right of what's in this photo has broken. The area where the window post goes into is broken and will not rotate. Can these be replaced ?

Hello there. You can replace the pivot shoe, which is the 15-180. It works with the Series 190 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hello Bob, thank you for pointing me in right direction. But, how to get shoe out without damaging anything else? Are the screws removed to get this shoe out? Can that whole assembly be ordered or replaced?
i watched video to replace whole assembly but i located nothing as far as replacing shoe only.

Hello there. See the video below. It shows how to remove a different but similar coil balance system. The principles should apply to your setup. Let me know if this helps or if you have further issues.

Oh ok, that video helps. So not to be a continual pain, i added another pic of left side. Can i get away with just replacing the pivot shoe or do i need to replace whole assembly on left since there is a broken piece?
i promise to leave you alone after that. Mike

Or is that the detent clip? Part # 15-181

No worries, Mike! Yes that is the 15-181 Support Clip. This system is modular, meaning every item is sold separately, and so you only need to replace what is broken. Let me know if you have further questions.
