Your balance appears to be an older version of the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

Match up the original coil stamp to determine the correct weighted option. If there are no markings, we will need to know the weight of the window sash to move forward. Also see the 15-181 double clip and 15-182 bushing. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
