Window balance

Question

Simonton windows, looking for the correct balancers to replace these. Windows very difficult to raise, or won't stay up. Right side looks different than left side.

It appears your window uses the 15-111 pivot shoe. Please compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

To further review, can you confirm if the coil springs measure a 1/2" or 3/8" thick?

Are there any number markings on the coil springs? If not, can you provide the weight of the window sash? The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. From there we can move forward with the correct series and weighted options to support the window. Thank you!
