Window balance

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. That stamp isn't a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring. Our service requires clear and unobstructed photos of the hardware in question at minimum.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.

Please make sure that the balance you show us is whole and in undamaged condition.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-22 or S390-22 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Your stamp of 21-12 is also a little peculiar. I recommend weighing your sash on a scale to see if any of our stamp options can carry it (there's a weight chart on each balance's store page). If not, let me know what that weight is and we can look into other options for you.
