I need 2 of these balances. The metal channel measures 24". Please send me the part number so I can place the order. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm confident we can recommend a replacement for this balance. Although, this balance is similar to a few series we have.

To narrow down the correct match, I'll need to see a photo of the piece connecting the spring and the cord (string) in the middle of the balance. If you are unsure of what I am looking for, please send a photo of the entire spring side of the channel.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the requested photo! You'll need either the S380-24 or the S385-24 to replace your balances. To confirm the series you have, measure the depth of the bottom shoe.

Since your balance is marked with a 23-5, I believe you'll need the 2350 stamp. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 23 to 27lbs.
