Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111 shown below. This uses either the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil coil springs, or the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. The stamp codes correspond to the strength options needed for the new coil springs. The covers can be found under the related product section of the coil spring product page.
