Window balance

Thanks for posting! It appears you have tilt window balances. I'm confident we can supply the replacements for them but I'll need the specifications, detailed in the video below, to determine the correct replacement match.

Be sure to take a look at the pivot shoes and pivot bars to determine if they need to be replaced, as well. The tutorials for these, and how to remove the balances, can be found tagged below this thread.
