Window balance

Question

It is in this gray plastic sleeve. 9/16 inch diameter spring. Inside spring there is another aluminum tube. When you pull down the window spring extend out. Maybe it's broken and that's why it expose out. 21/32 is the plastic sleeve diameter. Length is 40 inches. Never seen before that's why I need your help. Panel is very heavy.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We may be able to supply this balance, but based on what I see here it is likely going to be a custom order. I believe you have what's called a hybrid balance, which has a very particular and above all precise design.

If you have the kind of balance I think you do, then there should be a stamp printed at the top of the outer tube. Check that for me and let me know what it is. That should basically tell us everything needed to move forward.

I also need you to tell me how many you were interested in buying altogether.
