Thanks so much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to say that I'm not familiar with the "ikr5" code you've given here. That's not a code I've ever seen before. If it's a product code used by a different company, it's probably not relevant to us.
Looking at your photos, this seems like a typical block and tackle non-tilt channel balance, but there are a few strange details I need to go over before we verify anything.
First, one balance has wings on the plastic fittings, while the other balance doesn't. Are these out of the same window? They should be identical.
Next, can you flip the balances over and show me a clear photo of the connection point between spring and pulley? That's going to be an important determining factor for our next steps.
Finally, can you tell me the exact weight of the sash that these balances support, down to the ounce? If they're from two different windows, I need to know both weights. Please be as precise as possible.
If you can get the depth of the bottom plastic fitting now, that will save you a step or two later on, too.
Thanks for supplying us with these new photos. So, we can supply this balance, but only as a custom order due to the nature of your block and tackle configuration. I'm glad I asked to see it.
Do you see that blue clip between the spring and pulley? It's a small detail, but that tells me that you have a special "Series 186" configuration. This is not a stock product so it's only something we can supply as a custom order. That might explain your strange "ik5" stamp; it could be it's a designation for the Series 186 that a different company uses. I'll add that to my records as a possibility just to be safe.
With all that said, I'm going to email you a purchase link and price quote now that will let you add 2 of these balances to your cart. This will specifically be 19" long with an 18-9 stamp, as well as having the Type B configuration (non-wing top and non-winged 1-3/32" deep shoe).
Lastly, these have to be made for you. Please expect a lead time of approximately 5-6 business weeks while this is done.
Thank you for your patience and understanding and please let me know if you had any follow-up questions.
