Hello! Based on these pictures, I would recommend looking at our S385-30 channel balance with a 2930 option. Check it out and let me know if you agree.

Measurements for the top and shoe match the S385-30. Sash weight is 15 lbs.

Great! If the sash weight is 15 pounds, then you may be better off with the 2920 option. Two balances with that option can carry a sash weight of 12 through 16 pounds.
