S385-26 with 2640 option?

I need 4 window balances everything that I found on your site looked good except the option, none said 2640 like what is stamped on mine. All I found was 2540 for the S385-26 would that create a problem?
Could you get me a quote for 4 of them including shipping please Thank You.

I agree, our Series 385 looks similar, but I would confirm the length. With a stamp of 2640, it should be 27" long, not 26". The S385-27 does have a 2640 option.

Hi Paul, thank You for getting back to me. I re-measured it and it is just slightly shorter than 27" at 26 7/8" long guess it is close enough to 27" not sure how I got 26" the first time I measured.
