Window balance

Parts are from a double hung window manufactured by Norco. I am looking to replace 2 shoes and 2 springs. The balance is 17 inches long and a 1/2 inch wide. The spring when installed is 7 inches long.

Take a look at our Series 751 channel balance. Do you think t his could be what you need?

Looks like the same. Are the shoes and springs sold seperatly? If not, what is the cost of the complete balance?
