We just bought a home built in 1999 with Norandex windows. we have one window with damaged window balances. Is that something that you have in stock?

Thanks for the question. I believe Norandex windows use both spirals and side-load channels, so we will need to see the balance to identify it. Can you send us some photos?

I have the same windows as described above same year too. The last balance is broken the cord is sticking out of track. The right balance is all the way up to the top of window. See pictures. Can you tell me what balances to order for this window?
Thanks for your help

Without seeing the balance removed from the window, I can't identify it. Could you remove yours and show me? Otherwise, check out our selection of half-inch channel balances to see if you can find what you need.
